Administrative Assistant/Title Researcher

The Lynn County Abstract & Title Office is now hiring an Administrative Assistant/Title Researcher. This important team member will deliver quality customer service to clients and will also be responsible for researching legal ownership of properties, which could include homes, land, mineral rights, and more.

As an Administrative Assistant/Title Researcher in our Tahoka office, your key responsibilities and duties will include:
Research and evaluation of title records pertaining to various types of property ranging from homes to land
Compilation of research results into comprehensive reports that outline all title-related matters
Working in partnership with staff attorneys to deliver necessary legal documentation and chain of title records
Managing and answering phone calls, emails, and title inquiries

Qualifications include:
High school diploma
Detail-oriented with high-level organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively utilize title-searching software
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus

Salary will be based upon experience.
